Situation

AHS was engaged to provide Quality Control and Site-Specific Safety Officer services on a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project valued at $87,000,000. Period of performance: April 2022 through July 2024. The project required rigorous documentation and adherence to federal construction safety standards.

Intervention

AHS embedded experienced quality and safety professionals into the daily project rhythm.

• Provided Quality control across project packages, with documentation discipline that supported contracting officer review.
• Maintained Site-Specific Safety Officers on the project for compliance oversight, hazard analysis, and daily reporting through close-out.
• Coordinated with the prime contractor's quality and safety programs, ensuring traceable records were maintained through the engagement.

Outcome
