These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the AHS Services website at ahsservices.us (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

About AHS Services

The Site is operated by American Health and Safety LLC, doing business as AHS Services ("AHS"), a minority, veteran-owned small business based in Fairbanks, Alaska. AHS provides operational construction project management, quality control, site safety officer, and project support services to owners, contracting officers, prime contractors, and Native / 8(a) / ANC partners.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful informational and procurement purposes. You agree not to:

  • Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Site.
  • Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or its underlying systems.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or republish Site content without written permission from AHS.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting an inquiry.

Capability statement, past performance, and project details

Information published on the Site about AHS capability, certifications, and past performance is intended for procurement evaluation. Specific project values, scopes, and references are described at a level appropriate for public review. Detailed past performance summaries, references, and procurement-grade materials are shared on request to qualified buyers.

Inquiries and communications

Submitting an inquiry through the contact form does not create a contract, agency relationship, or binding obligation between you and AHS. Engagements are formalized only through a written agreement signed by both parties.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, and the AHS Services brand) are owned by AHS or used under license. You may quote brief passages with attribution. Reproducing the Site or substantial portions of its content without written permission is not permitted.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." AHS makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely current at every moment. Information on the Site is general in nature and not a substitute for a written engagement scoped to your specific project.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AHS is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. AHS's total liability under these Terms is limited to the greater of one hundred dollars (USD $100) or the amount you have paid AHS in the preceding twelve months for the Site or its content.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fairbanks, Alaska.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the company and its services evolve. The published date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
