About AHS

Project management and site safety for construction, nationwide.

AHS Services is a minority- and veteran-owned firm delivering project management, quality control, and site safety since 2014. Rooted in Alaska, we bring the discipline of federal work with USACE and NAVFAC to contractors and agencies across North America.

Our mission

Protecting America's Workforce.

AHS Services strengthens project performance and workforce protection by delivering disciplined oversight, regulatory compliance, and practical safety solutions that keep construction projects safe and on schedule.

Every engagement starts with the same standard: a clear plan, a clean record, and a team that takes responsibility for outcomes.

Veteran-owned

What the certification changes.

AHS is an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and Veteran-Owned Small Business. That status is not a badge. It changes how a buyer can contract with AHS.

Identifiers and registrations
Contracting officers Award directly, without a competitive bid
SBA certification through the VetCert program makes AHS eligible for SDVOSB set-aside and sole-source awards. AHS is registered and active in SAM.gov, so an award can proceed without a vendor-onboarding delay.
Prime contractors Credit toward subcontracting goals
Primes can count AHS toward SDVOSB and small-business subcontracting goals on federal work, and toward the socioeconomic targets agencies report against.
VA and agency buyers Vets First priority, and simplified acquisition
VA Vets First eligibility applies to VA procurements. AHS is also enrolled in the Simplified Acquisition Program, so agencies can engage under FAR Part 13 procedures below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.

Geography

Where AHS can work, and why.

Alaska is where AHS was built and where the record was earned. It is not the boundary of the work. Construction oversight qualifies federally, so the same certification, credentials, and standards apply on a project in any state.

See the past performance record
Service area The United States, Alaska included
AHS takes federal, healthcare, and commercial construction work across the country. Fairbanks is where the office is, not where the work stops.
Qualification Federal standards, not state licenses
QC and site-safety work is governed by EM 385-1-1 and 29 CFR 1926 — the same standards on every district's project. The credentials behind it (PMP, CQM-C, OSHA 500 and 510, OHST, CHST) are national, so nothing has to be re-earned to cross a state line.
Eligibility Contractable in any state, on day one
SBA-certified SDVOSB and VOSB with an active SAM.gov registration, plus VA Vets First eligibility on VA procurements. The same set-aside and sole-source paths are open to a contracting officer anywhere in the country, without a vendor-onboarding delay.
